Meet the Founder of Vardo
Charnelle Setser, the founder and CEO of The Vardo Agency, carries a remarkable family legacy in the fairground and trade industry. As the great-granddaughter of Orville Craft, creator of "Craft's 20 Big Shows" and the world's first traveling Ferris Wheel, Charnelle has inherited a rich heritage of showmanship.
With a diverse skill set in creative concepts, branding, finance, and production, she has achieved remarkable milestones, including show-calling for renowned shows such as the “ASCAP Awards”, “South by Southwest Immersive Art Park 2023”, “The World Boxing Championship”, and “The Bachelors Ball at Beverly Hilton”.
She has been acknowledged with a “Best In Show” award for her work with Belkin for “The Consumer Electronic Show” and AVEDA for “BeautyCon”. Charnelle has worked with and provided measurable metrics to brands and events such as Nike, Lexus, McDonalds, Rolling Stone, Spotify, MLB, Wells Fargo, Capitol Records, Fox, CMT, Pandora, and F1 Racing just to name a few.
Now leading a team at The Vardo Agency, Charnelle continues to deliver exceptional results for live events, trade shows and conferences. Fueled by her passion for creating unforgettable memories using the “science of experience” and leading a team that can be scaled for practically any event she consistently provides every client’s story in powerful and engaging ways. With an impressive track record spanning over two decades, he effortlessly weaves together intricate systems, conjures visually captivating designs, and spearheads projects with unparalleled finesse. Background includes working for or having as clients: ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, Live Nation, Vice, Golden Voice, Apple, Google, Firefly Aerospace, and Mix Mag.

Executive Producer
Graham Penniman is a seasoned event producer, with a passion for creating memorable and engaging experiences for his clients. With a strong background in project management and a keen eye for detail, he skilled at bringing events to life from start to finish. He has a proven track record of success in the event industry, with a diverse portfolio of events ranging from corporate functions and product launches to festivals and concerts. His work on projects like “Pepsi Fire House” for the CMT Awards and “McDonalds BETX”produced significant revenue for his clients. he led the charge for clients seeking new opportunities to grow their brands and deliver meaningful content.

Executive Producer
Jaclyn Strong is a seasoned Event Producer and Live Music Talent Booker with over 17 years in the live events and entertainment space having produced over 500+ shows.
Her additional areas of experience include business development, account management, sourcing, and recruitment. Her expertise lies in building teams and scaling operations in the financial services and technology sectors, resulting in revenue growth and client retention.
Jaclyn has a proven track record of driving operational excellence, implementing strategic initiatives, and optimizing performance metrics. With a background in executive production and creative representation, she has a unique ability to deliver high-quality hires in a timely manner.
Jacyln has a Bachelors in Art History from the University of California Los Angeles.

Her freelance experience as a Talent Relations Managerinvolved logistics and run of show for the “Billboard Women in Music Awards”,Kelly worked directly with high-profile personalities such as Michelle Obamaand Taylor Swift.
Kelly has also acted as Talent Relations Manager for Dirtybird Records, Production Coordinator at Living Color Events, and Production Lead at DoLab LLC.
